My Year's in( #Show Choir) By: Nicholas(NIcholas,Nick) Singleton, Mckenzie King if your nasty.
When I grew up I was never the one to fit right in. I was bullied by the upper class and it was only my name that got me by. When I joined show choir, I was amazed at the great people and friends that I met. We ministered to the community and spread joy throughout the Midwest. It was a great class and afterschool activity that made me real(Lie(ze)s That I was apart of something bigger and greater then I could imagine. A phenomena in the making a class A+++++++ Sport that needs to be approved in the coming years as well as a ple(the(ra) of other classes that needs to be regulated and split into a European style educational system. See Franc(es) schooling system for examples.

The Kingship

An organization that helps rebuild broken families and aide in the raising and mentorship of young adults in the foster/childcare system. It will do this by purchasing the houses/properties that are up for foreclosure and rehab them by using the families and young adults that will be living in them. After that the foundation will aide in finding them a job to sustain living such as a restaurant owned by the kingship that teaches the families and young adults how to grow small gardens and budget to not only run a fully functioning restaurant but as well as help them budget personal expenses and bargain shop in their everyday lives. The Kingship would also partner with an  outside therapy company that helps rebuild a family or young adults new life foundation during the enrolled process.
Those seeking schooling will be helped with a work program and help finding proper grants, scholorships, and funding for their education. The end result will be helping people to better their lives and the community around them.

Inspiration and thanks

I can finally say that I feel like I have accomplished somthing great.....and all thanks to a seed of inspiration planted by the voice of an unnamed love.. It took this person telling me my faults while sticking by my side......It took me crumbling down all 360-degree's around Mind, Body, Soul to see that I was headed down a dark path and had lost my brightest light in my HEART. It was for that reason that I redirected my life goals back around to GOD and to myself........With that a dream was born......So I wonder what does it really take to turn some1s's life around ? Spirtual advice, therapy, love ?

A 360-Dream: The Passion Plan Seed

            This blog was set up to present a proposal to President Obama and the U.S Government. Now I'm no expert on politics, and have no college degree, and am trying but no model citizen. I am only an American Citizen who feels that enough is enough and the time has come where we stand together and unite all views, walks of lifes, cultures and save the AMERICA we all love. The time for the blame game is over we were not built to be depressed, considered lazy, fearful, life abandoning nation, but a nation of FREEDOM, DREAMS, HONOR, RESPECT, and UNITY. Mix in the human traits of LOVE, HOPE, and FAITH we can and will reclaim our spot as one of the top nations this GREAT WORLD has to offer. HOW ? 

        I have created a business proposal that uses Government Grant Funding and Its own Income to not only launch the business dreams of thousands, but the dreams of millions all while boosting Economic growth with the production of jobs and overall consumer spending. Created by a team of SigNicture Inc. specialist this program will give a business owner a in depth bio about their employee’s all around life. From birthday information, to any illnesses, to update information of any family tragedies, and how many missed days of work.  It will provide a better understanding of a business owner’s staff.

(Information is only available to the employee and business owner while working under any 360-degree run business).

360-Degree Company Evaluation/ Business Operations Assessment

(Available to applicants applying for business upgrade loan)

This evaluation is available to current business owner(s) which was created to collect information on the business’s past years of operation financial, employee, hiring, firings, law suites, as much history as possible, the surrounding area current demographics and create an informative portfolio. After which all the business highlights are accented and any negative points brought out/up to best determine the areas in which to spend the loan for best business reform. Assessments: Will be made during the loan processing time or during a scheduled on-site observation, as well as with public feedback.

180-Degree Monthly Company Operation Evaluation

This program maps out how a company is being run from looking at the areas of a business that SigNicture Inc. feels are key components in a companies’ success.

·         Management Evaluation- A meeting with a SigNicture Inc. rep is scheduled with the management staff to discuss and review the business/employee Portfolios to go over the business’ highlights, lowlights in the companies proto call, employee attendance/performance, and any issues recorded for that month.

(This done to ensure that proper conduct/ employee treatment/and customer service first being carried out by Management and to insure no brash decisions were made)

·         Employee Relations-Questions both the owner & manager to see how well they know their employees business information and promotional highlights, as well as testing the employee on business information and promotional highlights.

(This is done to establishment not only a strong foundation between upper level and entry level employees but to help establish a strong business foundation)

·         Public Opinion- A survey/feedback is gathered from the community and surrounding businesses on overall service.

(This is done to establish a strong relationship/foundation with the community members, general public, and surrounding business to ensure maximum customer satisfaction)

·         Promotions- This takes a look at a company’s income during the different promotional periods for that month. To better assess the effectiveness of the direction in which the promotions are being directed/ targeted to ensure best financial direction on promotions.

·         Business Finances- Information on the highest selling items/transactions to aide in helping plan better promotions/inventory. As well as look at all the business expenses for that month to determine areas of cut back or invest more money into if any.

180-Degree Monthly Employee Evaluation

A once months look into an employee’s portfolio for any notes made by a owner, manager, and/or customer. While also focusing on an employee’s attendance pattern for any extreme changes in hours worked for that month. At this time all employee feedback will be gathered and added to the Company Operations Evaluation under an anonymous platform.

360-Degree Financial/ Credit History Report

Stage 1 (30-Degree) –Current income information/Credit Report is collected and ran on applicant. As well as the requested loan information (the type of loan)/amount recorded.

Stage 2 (90-Degree) –The current households financial income/information (*including credit reports of spouse) is collected from all working people living under applicants address.

Stage 3 (150-Degree) - In this stage all current bill statements are requested and copied to be added to the applicants portfolio for further reference in future calculations.

 Stage 4 (180-Degree) - All current bank account(s) statements are copied and added to applicants portfolio as well all owned property/assets listed and valued (amount given).

Stage 5 (210-Degree)- First interview with applicant is held to find out personal financial story, the reason for any outstanding Fees on credit report, for any late or unpaid bills/tickets, any other unaccounted expenses/financial stresses calculated.

Stage 6 (270-Degree) – In this stage all of the applicants financial information is calculated into one sum and loan repayment amount is created.

Stage 7 (330-Degree)- In this stage the financial portfolio, loan amount, and repayment figure is  reviewed by our In-House finances team to see if there are any In-house charities/benefits to help relieve any major financial stresses found/recorded to reduce repayment figure.

Stage 8 (360-Degree) - The final portfolio is sent to a company rep. were a meeting is then set up and terms and conditions of repayment is determined and presented to the loan applicant if qualified.

All applicants are given full access to our In-House redirection center for further financial assistance or help toward better financial success.

360-Degree Business Concept/Application Verification Program     

Stage 1 (30-Degree) – Supplies the general information about the loan appliqué and the business concept/proposal.

Stage 2 (90-Degree) –We will then arrange an, formal meeting and consultation with a SigNicture representative via email or telephone, to discuss future steps.

Stage 3 (150-Degree)- The business concept and applicant information will then be sent to a review board for a further in depth look at the business concept, brand, any patent pending information, as well as applicant information.

Stage 4 (180-Degree)- After the business concept is reviewed if approved and accepted the business concept is sent to a research and marketing team that draws up the numbers to figure out potential company income and success rate.

Stage 5 (210-Degree)- Once the research team finishes up its calculations and drafts up a company income/ success rate prediction(all negative aspects of business searched), it will be added to their business portfolio and sent to next stage.

Stage 6 (270-Degree)- In this stage the applicants information is reviewed to determine what further steps if any are to be taken before granting said loan amount to applicant.

(Examples: Further education, more concept development, or any personal therapy/rehabilitation programs if any)

Stage 7 (330-Degree) - At this point in the process business portfolio is collected and sent to the E-Board for last reviews and evaluations (Negative points highlighted and discussed). The E-Board will decide if they will hear a presentation from the business applicant, as well as if the gathered information/suggestions should be implemented and taken into further consideration. If approved for the final stage an interview with the E-Board will be arranged with applicant via internet or in-person.

Stage 8 (360-Degree) – Once in the meeting the business portfolio is discussed with the applicant and the presentation has concluded the final decisions on the right direction to proceed with applicant is reviewed.

It is at this time the decision for further education or personal therapy/rehabilitation is gone over/brought up (any medical information only discussed with doctor present),(and) or the asked loan amount is discussed. After which final decisions of approval will be made and applicant notified with-in a week.

If denied the applicant will be referred to the redirection center where they will be helped and guided to different routes and options to take for business start-up/educational loans/finance options.
